Job summary

Ellis Island Casino, Hotel & Brewery in Las Vegas seeks a Surveillance Agent I to monitor gaming and non-gaming activities from a secure surveillance room. You will observe, document, and report incidents while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.

This entry-level role reports to the Surveillance Manager and works with Security, management, and law enforcement as needed. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 21, with the ability to pass

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; criminal justice coursework preferred.
• Experience with surveillance systems and reporting preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain gaming licenses.

Responsibilities

• Observe gaming tables, slot operations, cashiers' cages, vaults, count rooms and other areas via surveillance feeds.
• Monitor operations to protect assets and maintain integrity.
• Prepare clear, objective reports of incidents and violations.
