Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking a Casino Maintenance Technician to perform a range of maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry. The role requires basic math, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The position features shifts from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm or 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, with hourly pay up to $20 based on experience. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least two years of related maintenance experience,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of related maintenance experience.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word).

Responsibilities

• The Engineer III performs journeyman to advanced level general maintenance, repairs, and support functions in the areas of general maintenance, plumbing, kitchen & refrigeration equipment, carpentry, HVAC and electrical devices.
• Notifies Maintenance Supervisor or Manager concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing and equipment.
• Receives work assignments via HotSOS, executes assignments and completes work orders as directed.
• Accountable for OSHA compliance at Hollywood Casino & Hotel and will be an active participant of Safety compliance.
• Must be able to interact effectively across departmental lines including guests, vendors, and team members.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed for departmental needs.
