Job summary

River City Casino & Hotel in Missouri is seeking an HVAC Technician (Engineer IV) to perform advanced maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and kitchen equipment. The role supports a 10:30 pm to 6:30 am shift and reports to the Maintenance team.

Starting pay is $24.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced entertainment environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and 4+ years in related maintenance fields, including Building

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent plus five (4) years’ experience in one of the required related maintenance fields (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry or Kitchen Equipment).
• Advanced plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and general building repair.
• Knowledge of Building management systems.
• Knowledge of operations of Central Plant and emergency power distribution systems.
• Interpret electrical wiring diagrams/drawings.
• Read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Maintains buildings by performing major routine plumbing, electrical, carpentry, kitchen equipment and HVAC maintenance.
• Receives work assignments via HotSOS, executes assignments and completes work orders as directed.
• Notifies Maintenance Supervisor or Manager concerning needs of major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing and equipment.
• Contacts and coordinates work with outside vendors as directed.
