Job summary

Hollywood Casino St. Louis is seeking an Overnight Floor Technician to maintain and clean casino floors during the night shift, from 10:30pm to 7:00am. You will operate carpet shampooers and buffers, move furniture, and mix chemicals to keep areas safe and presentable for guests.

Prior janitorial experience and good oral communication are preferred. You will report any equipment issues, adhere to all policies, and provide exceptional Red Carpet Customer Service to guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operates carpet shampooer and buffer.
• Maintains and cleans machines after use.
• Mops, scrubs, rinses and polishes floors.
• Moves, rearranges and cleans furniture.
• Reports problems to supervisor and follows policies.
