You will work closely with Case Managers and Attorneys to manage day-to-day case tasks, client communication, and administrative duties throughout the pre-litigation process. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in a litigation support or case management role in a personal injury firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable handling confidential information and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist case managers with day-to-day pre-litigation case support and file management.
• Organize and maintain case files, correspondence, and documentation.
• Request, track, and follow up on records, documents, and client information.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.
• Update case notes and maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system.
• Coordinate internal tasks and deadlines to support timely case progression.
• Assist with preparing demand packages and other pre-litigation materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the pre-litigation team.
