The role focuses on managing pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement, emphasizing strong case development, client communication, and favorable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Arizona PI law experience as a Paralegal or Case Manager, excellent organizational and writing skills, and proficiency with case management software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Arizona personal injury law as a Paralegal or Case Manager.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Thrives in a startup office environment and demonstrates initiative.
• Deep knowledge of Arizona personal injury procedures, courts and litigation practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; proficiency with case management software, legal systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of Arizona personal injury matters from intake through trial or settlement.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle client communications with professionalism and empathy, keeping clients informed throughout the case lifecycle.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, medical appointments, and expert consultations.
• Negotiate liens and medical bills to maximize client recovery.
• Work closely with attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
• Oversee case deadlines, calendaring, and ensure compliance with Washington state and federal court rules.
• Provide mentorship and leadership as the Phoenix team expands.

This individual will play a critical role in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring strong case development, exceptional client communication, and favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with case management software, legal systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred, but not required

Compensation: $30.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on experience
