Home Instead Olympia is seeking dependable, warm-hearted in-home caregivers to support older adults across Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Grays Harbor Counties. You’ll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home with companionship, daily tasks, and respectful care.

We offer flexible scheduling (weekends and various shifts), competitive wages with overtime and benefits after a qualifying period, paid training, and opportunities for ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Current auto insurance

Home Instead is looking for dependable, warm‑hearted individuals to support older adults throughout the South Puget Sound region, including Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Grays Harbor Counties.
