Job summary

Home Instead is seeking compassionate Care Professionals in Washington to provide in-home care for seniors, enabling them to live with dignity and comfort. No experience required; comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed and grow within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, medication reminders, and personal care as needed. Training and licensing support available; flexible shifts offered to fit your schedule.

• Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect.
• Willingness to grow and develop.
• Ability to work with clients receiving Hospice care or at end of life.
• Be a good and patient listener.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation; Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation; Incidental transportation to and from appointments, errands, and activities; Medication assistance and/or reminders; Alzheimer’s Care, and Direct Personal care (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting).

Duties And Responsibilities

Companionship and conversation; Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation; Incidental transportation to and from appointments, errands, and activities; Medication assistance and/or reminders; Alzheimer’s Care, and Direct Personal care (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting).

Caregiver Skills And Qualifications

Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect; Willingness to grow and develop; Ability to work with clients receiving Hospice care or at end of life; Be a good and patient listener in a friendly and polite manner.

Must Possess

• Valid Driver’s License
• Active Car Insurance
• Ability to lift, push or pull 25 lbs.
• Availability to work 1 weekend day every week.
