Job summary

Park View Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring dependable Care Attendants to join our team in Buffalo, MN. This is an entry-level position with comprehensive on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within a compassionate healthcare setting.

You will support residents with daily living activities and ADLs, assist with basic treatments under RN supervision, and help maintain a warm, respectful environment. Part-time hours and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed.
