Job summary

JARS Cannabis in Arcadia is seeking an entry-level Budtender to help customers find cannabis products and offer friendly service in a fast-paced dispensary setting.

The role offers full-time hours with 6:30 AM–2:30 PM, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, or 2:30 PM–10:30 PM shifts and a pay of $15.50–$16/hour plus a shared tip pool. Training is provided to help you grow within a rapidly expanding company that values teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours daily.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using a computer and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly assistance and product recommendations to customers.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for new and returning clients.
• Develop sales and customer service skills through on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.
• Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.
