CUI Cable Services is hiring Telecommunications Technicians with no prior experience. You will receive paid training, a company vehicle to take home, a company cell phone, uniforms, tools, and ongoing support to install and service residential telecom equipment.

Expect weekly pay and opportunities for advancement as you learn on the job. Your role includes installing and troubleshooting Internet, TV, Phone, and Security services, educating customers, and maintaining equipment while following

• Attitude over experience.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

• Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security services.
• Diagnose and resolve service issues.
• Educate customers on equipment and services.
• Test signal quality and ensure installations meet company standards.
• Complete upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Document completed work using mobile apps.

What You'll Do

Every day is different. As a Cable Technician, you'll travel to customer homes installing and servicing telecommunications equipment while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security services
• Diagnose and resolve service issues efficiently
• Educate customers on their equipment and services
• Test signal quality and ensure every installation meets company standards
• Complete upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Accurately document completed work using mobile applications
• Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and inventory
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing training and certifications

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 30 feet
• Able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditions
