• Ability to read a tape measure and follow work orders.
• Safety-minded and reliable.

Aufgaben

• Learn and perform tasks in your part of the cabinet process.
• Follow work orders and specs to build components.
• Measure accurately and check your work.
• Safely operate equipment after training.
• Move and stage materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per 5S.
• Learn alongside the crew on our lean journey.
• Communicate openly with teammates and supervisor.
