You will spray finishes on custom cabinet components, prep, sand, and maintain a clean, safe spray booth in our paint department, working with a skilled, tight‑knit crew.

Qualifications

• Hands-on spraying experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Experience with cabinet or fine woodworking finishing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Reliable team player who shows up and follows through.
• Willing to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Spray finishes on custom cabinet components with precision and consistency.
• Prep, sand, and stain/paint surfaces to meet quality standards.
• Work in the paint department with a skilled crew.
• Maintain a clean, safe spray booth and follow safety protocols.
• Catch issues before they leave the station; quality is a shared responsibility.
