Job summary

DeWils Industries, Inc. in Vancouver, WA is seeking an Experienced Painter / Sprayer to join our team and help deliver durable, high‑quality cabinetry. You will spray finishes on custom cabinet components, prep, sand, and maintain a clean, safe spray booth in our paint department, working with a skilled, tight‑knit crew.

Qualifications

• Hands-on spraying experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Experience with cabinet or fine woodworking finishing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Reliable team player who shows up and follows through.
• Willing to learn company systems.
