DeWils Industries, a third-generation family-owned manufacturer in Vancouver, WA, is hiring an entry-level Cabinet Manufacturing Team Member. You will learn a part of the cabinet manufacturing process and build real skill, with no prior cabinetry or manufacturing experience required.

You’ll work alongside experienced teammates who will teach you the DeWils way and help you grow. This role emphasizes attitude and hands-on learning in a Lean environment, with a starting wage and benefits.

Aufgaben

• Learn and perform tasks in your part of the cabinet manufacturing process, starting with fundamentals.
• Follow work orders, specs, and standard work to build components and finished products.
• Measure accurately and check your own work as you go.
• Safely operate equipment and tools after training.
• Move, stage, and handle materials and parts.
• Keep work area clean and organized per 5S practices.
• Learn with the crew as Lean practices are implemented.
