Qualifications
- Hands-on spraying experience (residential or commercial)
- Ideal: Cabinet or fine woodworking finishing experience
- A sharp eye for detail and consistency

- A willingness to learn our systems and help others learn theirs
Responsibilities
- Spray finishes on custom cabinet components with precision and consistency
- Prep, sand, and stain/paint surfaces to meet exacting quality standards
- Work in our paint department alongside a skilled, tight-knit crew
- Maintain a clean, safe spray booth and follow all safety protocols
- Catch issues before they leave your station — quality is on all of us
