Job summary

The ideal candidate will facilitate discussions, translate needs into requirements, and support governance and platform improvements across Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 platform recommended.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, validate, and manage business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, research, and process analysis.
• Develop business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, process maps, decision trees, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze current-state and future-state processes to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and user experience.
• Support governance initiatives across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and related services.
