Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in the full business development cycle, from initial outreach to closing opportunities.
• Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and other outreach methods.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist with presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to meet potential customers.
• Work toward monthly and quarterly goals with guidance from leadership.
• Collaborate with Business Development Leadership, Marketing, and other internal teams.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing coaching to continuously improve your business development skills.
