Genrobot.AI is seeking a sharp, driven Business Development Representative to join our team supporting embodied AI solutions across enterprise and industrial customers. This entry‑level role welcomes new graduates who are curious and eager to build a career in tech sales, learning the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal support.

You'll work with senior BD and Solutions Engineering colleagues, qualify opportunities, assist in meetings and proposals, and help move deals forward

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; STEM/CS/engineering background a plus.
• New graduates or up to ~2 years of work experience welcome.
• Sharp, quick-thinking with strong problem-solving instincts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in tech/AI/robotics/hardware industry.

Responsibilities

• Support prospecting and outreach to identify leads.
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities; maintain CRM records.
• Assist senior BD and Solutions Engineers in meetings, proposals, and follow-up.
• Coordinate between customers and internal teams to move deals forward.
• Track industry news and customer trends in embodied AI/robotics space.
• Contribute to market research summaries and account planning materials.
