48forty Solutions is hiring an Associate Business Analyst to support the Sales organization in a hands-on, development-focused way. The role emphasizes learning the end-to-end sales process, documenting current workflows, and contributing to projects that make the pipeline and CRM easier to use.

You will work with experienced analysts, IT partners, and Sales stakeholders to build a foundation in business analysis, with mentorship and a clear path to a full analyst position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or expected within current academic year in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to break problems into parts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to summarize clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
• Professional maturity and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Learn the end-to-end sales process and how CRM supports it.
• Document current processes and draft requirements with guidance from a senior analyst.
• Draft user stories and acceptance criteria; learn to write testable requirements.
• Assist with data extraction and reporting in Excel to identify trends and data quality issues.
• Support CRM enhancement projects by documenting requirements and tracking questions and decisions.
• Participate in UAT: execute test scenarios, log defects, and track resolution.
• Prepare business-facing materials such as release notes and quick reference guides.
• Provide day-to-day support to Sales users and escalate as needed.
