Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field plus 1 year of relevant experience (documenting stakeholder requirements, submitting support tickets, communicating with teams).
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus 1 year of relevant experience (documenting stakeholder requirements, communicating with teams, supporting process changes).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted year over year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with communication between stakeholders and technical staff during business-process and system-improvement initiatives.
• Gather, organize, and document stakeholder needs and business requirements.
• Assist with creating and submitting production support tickets.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating testing activities, managing the process, and tracking issues.
• Support project implementation with guidance from experienced team members.
• Prepare, review, and distribute lobby-management performance reports.
• Draft and distribute internal Manager’s Bulletins.
• Travel to Customer Service Centers across the state to support agency goals.
