Job summary

WesleyLife’s Edgewater community in West Des Moines is seeking a dedicated maintenance team member for a full-time, daytime role (8 am - 4:30 pm), Monday through Friday, with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.

Located on 50 acres, Edgewater offers a full continuum of care and a resort-like setting with enhanced amenities. WesleyLife provides comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a supportive team-focused environment.

A Typical Day for a Maintenance team member with Edgewater:

• You will have the opportunity to directly and positively impact the health and wellbeing of the people you serve through performing general maintenance and repair duties within the community. Examples include: repair of property and equipment, completion of work orders and preventative maintenance, and general floor care.
• Campus driving including shopping shuttle and transport to and from medical appointments.
• You will help to create an atmosphere of health, well-being, purpose, and meaning by supporting safety and security in the community.

Current Openings: Full-Time, Days (8 am - 4:30 pm) Monday - Friday, with flexibility to work evenings/weekends if needed.
