WesleyLife is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to support Heritage House in Atlantic, IA. You will perform advanced maintenance in light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting, conduct safety inspections, coordinate with external contractors, and assist with resident transportation as needed.

Opening is Full-Time 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with rotating weekends and on-call. Starting pay ranges $18-$25 per hour, with benefits including health care, 401(k), tuition assistance,

• Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.

About the Role: Building Maintenance

As a Maintenance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for the residents at Heritage House in Atlantic.

As a Skilled Building Maintenance Professional, you will:

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs in light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
• Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal.
• Oversee and coordinate with external contractors.
• Transport residents to and from appointments.

Opening:

• Full-Time- 7AM-3:30PM, rotating weekends and on-call

Qualifications:

• 5 years of hands-on experiencein construction trades or facility maintenance, preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.
