Job summary

Republic Finance in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager with a clear path to management. This 100% onsite role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000, and extensive benefits.

You will complete an 18–24 month paid training program, learn branch operations, assist in recruiting and training, and help meet sales goals while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Must meet background and credit checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility to sell voluntary insurance products; relocation for promotion may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with recruiting and training; develop and implement plans to meet sales goals.
• Help customers meet financial goals by originating loan business and advising on products.
• Educate customers on lending services, improve credit, and consolidate debt.
• Process loan closings and insurance claims; support risk analysis and credit decisions.
• Promote core values and deliver outstanding customer experience; relocation may be needed for promotion.
