Job summary

You will execute daily transactions, cross-sell services, and participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge, while supporting customer needs and ensuring compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Two year degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience in financial or retail environment.
• Must be or become a Notary Public and NMLS certified.
• Successfully pass the Level I Business Certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with ability to operate office equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support customer relationship development and transaction processing to help meet sales and service goals.
• Execute day-to-day transactional needs for accounts, consult deposits and loans, and balance cash drawer.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to existing and new customers using provided tools.
• Make referrals to business partners in investments, mortgage, cash management, etc.
• Complete Home Equity applications and manage required documentation and closings.
• Meet individual and team sales/service goals and participate in promotions.
• Use a needs-based consultative approach to recommend products that enhance customer relationships.
• Answer routine and complex questions about accounts, products, and procedures; ensure follow-up.
