Job summary

Kelly in Madison, WI is seeking entry level Biomanufacturing Technicians to join the Central Services team. The role involves manufacturing biopharmaceutical products in a clean room under GMP, with 3rd shift and on-site work.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, 10pm–8am schedule (10 hours shifts, Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday) and a 15% shift differential plus 20% on weekends. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in biomanufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• GMP manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Experience with TrackWise, ComplianceWire, JD Edwards, DeltaV, or chromatography software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare buffers and weigh raw materials for production
• Follow Batch Production Records (BPRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) according to cGMP guidelines
• Document activities in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)
• Identify and report deviations through the Rapid Response process
• Actively participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support and mentor newer team members as needed
• Maintain cleanroom housekeeping and 5S standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
