Qualifications

• Knowledge of CPT & ICD10 codes, medical terminology, insurance plans & processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional billing support to clients and patients.
• Use problem-solving skills to resolve billing issues.
• Respond to inbound requests via at least one channel and direct to the appropriate party.
• Communicate with patients by phone, email, chat, or text to obtain information needed for billing.
• Document all interactions in the system.
• Review, identify, and process documents accurately.
• Explain questions about products and processes and escalate as needed.
• Seek one-touch resolution on inquiries whenever possible.
