Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to clients and patients.
• Use problem-solving to resolve billing issues.
• Retrieve and respond to inbound requests via phone, email, chat, or text.
• Document all interactions in the system.
• Review and process documents related to billing and testing.
