Madisonhealth is seeking an entry-level A/R Follow-Up Representative I in Rexburg, ID. This role focuses on timely follow-up of insurance accounts, resolving denials, and ensuring accurate reimbursement under minimal supervision.

Classification: Full Time with a Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm schedule. Requires basic billing knowledge, strong organization, and HIPAA compliance. Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

• Basic understanding of medical billing and insurance reimbursement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret EOBs, remittance advice, and payer correspondence.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn payer websites and billing systems.
