Security National Life Insurance Company in Murray, UT seeks a Policy Issue Clerk for an entry level role in our new business department. This full-time position offers Mon-Fri, 8:00 am–4:45 pm with starting pay between $12-$16/hour and a competitive benefits package.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish, customer-service oriented, detail focused, and able to work well both independently and in a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish language required.
• Customer service oriented and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Type 50+ wpm.
• Mon-Fri, 8:00 am–4:45 pm.

Responsibilities

• Enter New applications
• Inbound & outbound calls from the sales force
• Provide excellent customer service on phone and via email
• Assist with Underwriting responsibilities and tasks
• Other special projects as assigned
