Unum in Chattanooga is seeking a Customer Benefit Advisor I to be the first point of contact for customers needing information on benefits, claims and policy details. You will respond accurately, with empathy, across multiple channels and document interactions in our systems.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, about 1 year of customer service experience (insurance/healthcare preferred), and strong English communication skills (Spanish a plus).
