You will promote products and services, engage guests, and maintain a professional demeanor while working a variable schedule including weekends. Bilingual in Korean or Vietnamese is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Entertainment is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend events, campaigns, and conferences on behalf of Maryland Live!
• Oversee setup and breakdown for events and promotions.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer inquiries and manage promotional inventory.
• Record customer information in the program database and ensure proper redemption of items.
