Job summary

Savant is seeking an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst in Rockford, IL to support BI dashboards and analytics. You’ll work with Power BI, SQL, and Azure in a collaborative, growth-focused environment, with a clear path from Associate to BI Analyst and beyond.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, tackle data validation, and contribute to automation and AI-assisted analytics while developing deep domain knowledge in wealth management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, CS/IS, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Early-career candidates welcome; internships or projects count.
• Foundational BI/analytics knowledge and experience with Power BI, Azure, Fabric.
• SQL proficiency and familiarity with data warehouses or data lakes.
• Strong communication to translate data into insights.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and supporting Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytics deliverables used by teams across the firm.
• Analyze and interpret financial services and wealth management data to support strategic, financial, and operational decisions.
• Partner with internal departments, technology teams, and analytics partners to support BI solutions.
• Support project-based analytics work by gathering requirements, defining scope, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet business needs.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis, validate data, audit report outputs, and troubleshoot data quality issues.
• Maintain documentation around validation procedures, audit results, reporting standards, and known data quality items.
• Look for opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI-assisted analytics, and modern BI tools.
