Savant is seeking an Associate Business Intelligence Analyst in Rockford, IL to support BI dashboards and analytics. You’ll work with Power BI, SQL, and Azure in a collaborative, growth-focused environment, with a clear path from Associate to BI Analyst and beyond.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, tackle data validation, and contribute to automation and AI-assisted analytics while developing deep domain knowledge in wealth management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, CS/IS, Business Analytics, or related field.

• Foundational BI/analytics knowledge and experience with Power BI, Azure, Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and supporting Power BI dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytics deliverables used by teams across the firm.

Additional office locations may be considered based on team presence and available space.This role may be fully remote, though candidates located near Rockford, Kansas City or generally in the Central Standard Time Zone will be prioritized.This position offers a natural growth path from Associate to Business Intelligence Analyst, Senior Analyst, and potentially Manager as the team continues to evolve.The Associate Business Intelligence Analyst position typically requires the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer and Information Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. The expected base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000, with final pay determined by experience, skills, and location.
