Behavioral Innovations – Rowlett Treatment Center is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / RBTs to deliver clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Paid training is provided, with BCBA supervision and a clear career path.

You'll work 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 10 years, implement plans under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive team in a safe, welcoming clinic setting. Evening and weekend options may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have HS diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collect data.
• Support skill development, communication and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
