Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Plano Treatment Center is hiring entry‑level behavioral technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver clinic‑based ABA therapy to children with autism. We provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.

Positions are full‑time preferred, with part‑time options requiring availability during 8am–6pm Mon–Fri and occasional Saturdays. Growth opportunities include progression from RBT to higher levels and eventual BCBA

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support development of communication and social skills.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
