Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; if not in social sciences or mental health, relevant training and supervision will be provided after hire.
• Prefer experience with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Must have a valid TN driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Care coordination and case management for adults and youth clients.
• Coordinate with families and community resources to meet client needs.
• Work with Ridgeview to secure services in and out of Ridgeview for mental and physical health.
