Job summary

Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a Licensed outpatient therapist (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT) to provide psychotherapy to a diverse client population in a collaborative team setting.

Required: TN licensure (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT) or PhD with Master’s, trauma-informed training, and comfort with telehealth and EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed in TN (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT) or PhD with related Master’s
• Trauma-informed treatment training required
• 1+ year experience with diverse clients preferred
• Comfortable using telehealth and documenting in EHR

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient clinical services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment (psychotherapy) with clients.
• Consult with other disciplines to coordinate care.
• Provide telehealth services and maintain documentation in EHR.
• Maintain licensure and comply with background checks and driving records as required

Requirements

Requires independent TN license including LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT, and/or PhD with corresponding Master's Degree or higher. Must be trained in providing trauma-informed treatment with willingness to become trauma-certified. Prefer 1+ years of experience working with clients suffering with substance use issues. Prefer group therapy skills for grant-based positions. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with people from differing backgrounds and cultures. Comfortable and competent using telehealth equipment and electronic health record to provide and document mental health services as needed.

Job Duties

Responsible for the delivery of outpatient clinical services consisting of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, including psychotherapy and consultation with other disciplines.
