Job summary

Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking an autonomous Licensed social work or counseling Outpatient Therapist to join a tight-knit team. The ideal candidate holds a TN license (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT) or PhD with a related master's, and will provide outpatient psychotherapy to a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Independent TN license required: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT, or PhD with MS/MA.
• Trauma-informed treatment training and willingness to become trauma-certified.
• Experience with substance use clients is preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient clinical services including assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
• Provide psychotherapy and collaborate with other disciplines.
• Maintain ethical, client-centered care with diverse populations.
