Job summary

Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a Part-time Inpatient Unit Registered Nurse for the 8pm–8:30am shift. The RN will join a team focused on compassionate patient care, working 24 hours per week in a demanding psychiatric setting.

The candidate should have an RN, Tennessee license and CPR/CPI certification eligibility, with preferred psychiatric nursing experience and a valid driver's license for campus coverage.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) must possess a degree or diploma from a college or an accredited school of nursing.
• Current license issued by the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
• Prefer one+ years of psychiatric nursing experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license with safe driving history and be able to obtain CPR and CPI certification.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult and geriatric inpatients on the psychiatric unit.
• Serve as team leader, directing other nursing staff on shift.

REQUIREMENTS

JOB DUTIES

The Registered Nurse ( RN ) is primarily responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care delivered to adult and geriatric patients on the inpatient psychiatric unit. The Registered Nurse, as the team leader, provides immediate direction to the other nursing team members.
