Job summary

Ruby ABA in Cincinnati, Ohio is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) to support children with autism under supervision by a BCBA. No prior ABA experience is required—paid training and ongoing support are provided.

In this role you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, teach communication and daily living skills, and work one‑on‑one with clients in clinic, home, or school settings. A part‑time schedule with flexible hours and RBT certification reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
• No prior ABA experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to work with children and participate in active therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Work under supervision of a BCBA with structured training and ongoing support.
