Ruby ABA is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our Cincinnati, OH team. You'll work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized behavior plans and teach essential life skills.

We offer full-time or part-time roles with an hourly rate of $18–$23, paid training, and reimbursement for RBT certification. This is paid training with ongoing support and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current RBT certification preferred (or willing to obtain).
• Patience with children and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
