We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach essential life skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans

Physical Requirements:

This is an active, hands‑on role working directly with children. The Registered Behavior Technician must be able to frequently sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and transition between floor and standing positions; lift or support children up to 40–50 pounds as clinically appropriate; engage in active play and movement‑based learning; physically prompt and model skills outlined in treatment plans; respond quickly to ensure client safety; maintain stamina for multiple sessions per day; work across clinic, home, school, or community settings; and manage environments that may include loud noises or unpredictable behaviors.
