Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the Autism Spectrum in Port Townsend, WA. Compensation is $24–$27 per hour, with certification and training provided by the company.

In this role you will help children build social and communication skills, document progress, and support behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. A high school diploma is required and applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
