Behavioral Health Works in California is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy for children with ASD, working with BCBAs and Supervisors to build skills and celebrate successes.

You will teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills, track progress, and communicate clearly with families. Part-time hours with after-school availability and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home and community ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Must be available 3 days per week for 10+ hours weekly, after 3 PM.
• Reliable transportation to client sessions and data capture on mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy and teach communication, social and life skills.
• Track client progress during sessions and document data.
• Engage with families and maintain client safety during sessions.
