AbleLight is seeking an entry-level Behavior Technician (BT) to work under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavioral plans to reduce challenging behaviors and support daily living skills, while collecting data in Central Reach.

This role emphasizes confidentiality, teamwork, and clear communication with families and staff. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and some ABA understanding, with a plan to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: Some understanding of ABA.
• Lic or Cert Ability: to obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification within 45 days of hire.
