Job summary

PBS (Positive Behavior Supports Corp.) in California is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs. Part-time roles offer growth to full-time as caseloads grow.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA, implement plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Benefits include 40‑hour RBT training, travel reimbursement where applicable, medical/dental/vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further education fields a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is beneficial.
• Ability to engage with clients and families in sessions and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
