Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in California is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision and may enroll in complimentary RBT training. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
