Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in Alabama is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism.

Roles offer part-time hours with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand and training access is provided. Positions include a pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT, complimentary 40-hour RBT training, and opportunities for career advancement within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions and follow trained plans.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
