Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers
• Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues
• Execute financial transactions per bank policies
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve complaints
• Support branch sales/service activities during seminars and campaigns
• Adhere to controls to ensure safety of assets and regulatory compliance
• Assess risk and escalate/report control issues with transparency
